      1,000 Reward points = ₹100 discount

    • Ramblers 2000 points

      2,000 Reward points = ₹200 off the lowest priced item in cart

    • Ramblers 3000 points

      3,000 Reward points = ₹300 off the lowest priced item in cart

    • Ramblers 4000 points

      4,000 Reward points = ₹400 off the lowest priced item in cart

How do I earn points
Points are earned only for tickets booked through our official website www.ramblersindia.com and are credited automatically after a qualifying booking.

Where can I see my points
Your points balance are visible in My Rewards when you log in to your account.

Can I redeem points on my first booking
No. Points cannot be redeemed on your first booking.

How do I redeem points
Once you reach the required threshold, a minimum of 1000 points, convert them into a Coupon Code and apply it to your next booking.

Can I share a Coupon Code
Yes. Coupon Codes are transferable, but each code is valid for one use only.

Can I get cash for a Coupon Code
No. Coupon Codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
 

How many coupon codes can I use per booking
Only one coupon code may be applied to a single booking.
 

Do coupon codes expire?
No — coupon codes do not have an expiry date.


​How are points calculated when a coupon is used
Points for that booking are calculated on the cart value after the coupon discount has been applied.

Do points expire
Yes. Reward points have an expiry date of one year and cannot be used after expiration.

What happens if an event is cancelled
If an event is cancelled or materially changed, we may adjust the points credited to your account.

How to Claim Points for Google Review
Only genuine Google reviews that include a 5‑star rating and a short experience summary qualify for Ramblers Rewards points. Reviews must reflect a real trip experience and comply with Google’s review policies. We verify the review for authenticity before crediting points. Processing typically takes up to 14 days.

Birthday points are awarded once per year after your date of birth is saved to your account. The saved date cannot be changed.

Corporate bookings and private group treks are excluded from Ramblers Rewards and do not earn points or qualify for redemptions.
