Payment & Refund Policy

Payment policy

 

  • Third-Party Payment Gateways: We utilize third-party payment gateways to simplify the registration process. The convenience fee, along with the main event fee, is included and will be displayed at checkout. This fee is to be borne by the customer.

  • Transaction Confirmation: Participants paying through UPI/NEFT to our current account (where the convenience fee is nil) must provide the transaction reference via email/WhatsApp for confirmation.

  • Group Discount: Group discounts are not applicable for any of our events.

  • Service Availment: No concessions or discounts will be provided if participants choose not to avail of specific services offered during the event.

  • Refund Policy: If a participant withdraws from the event after registration, carry forward of the amount is not available. Refunds will be provided as per the refund policy in place at the time of withdrawal.

 

Refund policy

 

  • Refund Medium: Refunds will be processed through the same medium as the payment method used.

  • Refund Processing Time: 

    • Refunds may take between 3 to 10 working days.

    • Participants should check with the payment gateway support if the refund is not received within that period.

  • Refund Method: 

    • Refunds will not be issued in cash or coupons unless agreed upon with the participant.

    • A refund receipt will be issued in such cases.

  • Exclusion of Convenience Fee: 

    • Refunds exclude the convenience fee for payments made through third-party channels or payment gateways.

    • The convenience fee is not refundable, and it needs to be borne by the customer.

  • Refund Percentage Based on Cancellation Timeframe: Every Event has a unique refund percent being offered, Please refer to the event refund policy.

    • Below is the sample structure we mention on every event: ​

      • 60% refund for cancellations three days or more before the event.

      • 50% refund for cancellations two days before the event.

      • 40% refund for cancellations one day before the event.

      • 30% refund on the day of the event (for cancellations made on the same day).

  • No Refund for No-Show: No refund will be provided for participants who do not attend the event without cancellation.

  • Full Event Fee Refund for Event Cancellation:

    • A full event fee refund will be provided when the event is canceled.

    • The convenience fee, however, will not be refunded in such cases.

  • Event-Specific Instructions:

    • Each event will have specific instructions regarding cancellation refunds.

    • This policy covers various scenarios, including different cancellation timeframes and the treatment of convenience fees. It's important for users to be aware of these terms before making a booking, and the policy appears to be structured to be fair to both participants and the event organizers. Additionally, the provision of event-specific instructions adds an extra layer of clarity for participants.
