Payment & Refund Policy

Payment policy

 

  • We rely on third-party payment gateways to make the registration process simple and feasible; it also includes the convenience fee along with the main event fee which will be shown at checkout that should be borne by the customer.

  • Reference of the transaction should be provided through email/ WhatsApp for the payment done through UPI/ NEFT to our current account where the convenience fee is nil.

  • Group Discount is not applicable. 

  • No concession will be provided if participants declined to avail of the services being offered in the event.

  • Carry forward of the amount is not available if the participant withdraws from the event after registration, They will be given a refund as per the refund policy. 

 

Refund policy

 

  • Refunds will be processed through the same medium the payment has been made.

  • Refunds could be delayed between 3 to 10 working days where the paid recipient needs to check with the payment gateway support if the amount hasn't been refunded within that period.

  • Refunds will not be issued in the cash/coupons unless agreed with the participant where a refund receipt will be issued.

  • The refunds are excluding the convenience fee, this is applicable for those who paid through third-party channels or payment gateways which includes the extra convenience fee that needs to be borne by the customer. E.g. If you booked an event that’s priced at 1200 and has a convenience fee of 5%, the total paid would be 1260. During refund, we only consider the event fee i.e. 1200 by excluding the convenience fee.

  • 70% refund for cancellation on three days or more

  • 60% refund for cancellation on two days before the event

  • 50% refund for cancellation one day before the event

  • 40% on the day of the eventE.g.: If you booked two days before the event and canceled on the day of the event then from the above mentioned you will be entitled to a 40% refund.

  • No refund for a no-show.
