Ajit is an experienced trekker with extensive knowledge of the Sahyadri region, having successfully led 50+ treks with Ramblers India. As a native Marathi speaker, he shares a strong bond with local villagers, adding authenticity and cultural depth to every trek.
Beyond mountaineering, Ajit is pursuing a PhD in Microbiology, bringing a unique scientific perspective to the outdoors. Though usually reserved, when he speaks, he captivates trekkers with fascinating insights into the geology of the Sahyadris, the history of the Maratha kingdom, and the microorganisms that thrive in the region.

His love for long‑distance cycling began during the pandemic, marked by a remarkable 180 km ride from Ghatkopar to Dahanu Beach. Since then, he has led 10+ SOBO Midnight Cycling events with Ramblers India, inspiring many to ride more often.
🏔️ With five Himalayan treks and 50+ Sahyadri treks, Akash constantly seeks new challenges and delights in backpacking adventures to discover fresh destinations. He has even taken to the waves, completing a 7‑day surfing course in Varkala.
💼 Professionally, Akash is a Chartered Accountant at a stock broking firm. An extrovert at heart, he enjoys initiating conversations and is always enthusiastic about discussing stocks, markets, and the latest financial trends.
Ambika
Ambika is a passionate backpacker who thrives on exploring new places and immersing herself in the wild. She once backpacked solo for six nonstop months across India and Nepal, gaining rich experiences and cultural insights along the way. She has also backpacked across Southeast Asia, adding diverse experiences and stories to her journey.
She is an adventure enthusiast who has completed 10+ Himalayan treks, has actively been part of various Sahyadri treks and completed 13+ dives.
She is known for curating meaningful journeys — blending raw adventure with authentic local flavors, ensuring every participant feels connected to nature, the people, and the experiences that make every journey memorable. ✨

Kanamo, Maenam La, Goecha la and the challenging Khimloga Pass — each summit and crossing a testament to his adventurous spirit and love for the mountains.
